To navigate through Aertia website you may use the left and top menus. The web is designed to facilitate the search for the products or solutions you are looking for, in a quick and simple way. To accomplish this, searches can be performed based on multiple criteria:

• Text Search. On the left menu, you'll find an edit box named Quick search, where you can enter the word or sentence you want to locate. Our web will search this text in all product descriptions and display the products matching your criteria.
  
• Search by category. This option allows you to find the products belonging to a specific type or category. The number of products for each category is also shown in parenthesis.
  
• Search by area/sector. You may search for all the products applying to a given area or industry sector. Simply select this option and choose an area. The number of products within an area is also shown.
  
• Search by vendor. If you are looking for the products of an specific vendor, choose this option to access the list of vendors that Aertia works with. You will see the number of products reselled by Aertia for each vendor.
  
• Search by platform. Selecting this option, you may know the products supported on a given platform. It is an interesting option whenever you own a specific platform and want to use a technical application on it.
  
• Alphabetical search. The From A to Z menu option displays a comprehensive product list sorted alphabetically. It is a very useful option to quickly access a specific product information.
  
• New products search. Using the New products option you will see a list containing the last products added or updated on our website. You may use this option in future visits to know what's new in Aertia website.
  

Subscription

We highly recommend you to subscribe to our website. Doing so, we could better know your company profile and keep you informed on any relevant news or events. Though you may freely access most areas of the web, you need to subscribe to:

• Receive information from Aertia on a regular basis.
  
• Download or request a demonstration program.
  
• Place an on-line order.
  
• Request a product quotation.

To susbcribe, just click on the Subscribe tab on the top menu. Once subscribed, you may edit your profile at any time by clicking on My subscription option (on the left menu) or My profile (on the top menu).

You must provide a unique identifier and password when subscribing. Although the website may remember you in future visits, you may need to log in occasionally. If this is the case, our website will automatically redirect you to the User Profile Login page when necessary. If you don't remember your password and/or identifier, our website will offer you the chance to get a reminder by email.

Once subscribed, you may also track and subscribe to a product of your interest by visiting its page. This will allow us to keep you informed on any news regarding that product.

The subscription system is based on Cookies. Thus, your browser must allow the use of Cookies.

Downloading and Requesting Demonstration Programs

There are demonstration programs available for some of the products, with a limited functionality or time restrictions. Based on the demo size, you could download the program from the website, or request a demo to be shipped by regular post. In both cases, you need to subscribe to the website before.

You may see the list of demo programs available by clicking on the tab Downloads on the top menu.

On-line Shopping

Aertia website allows you to buy most of the products on-line. For some specific products or editions, however, you will need to ask for a quotation using an automated system.

Our on-line shop is based on the well-known shopping cart system. One you are subscribed, you can add products to your cart and place orders. At any time, you may check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the My shopping cart option (on the left menu) or View cart (on the top menu). The My orders options lets you know the status of your orders.
