General Procedure to Place an Order

The Aertia website implements the well-known shopping cart system. Simply add the products you want to buy to your cart as you navigate through the different product pages. Each time you add a new product, the updated shopping cart is displayed, so that you can immediately review its contents.

• To add a new product to the shopping cart, click on the link shown after the product price.
   
• Use the button to modify the number of units you want to order. Just change the Quantity field and click on Update to recalculate the total amount.
   
• Similarly, the button allows you to remove a product from your cart. If you want to remove all the products from your shopping cart, click on the Empty Cart button located at the bottom of the product list.
   
• Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click on Proceed to Checkout to begin with the checkout procedure.
   
• You can review your shopping cart at any time by selecting View Cart on the main menu. Bear in mind that the shopping cart contents is preserved for future visits to the website.
   
• You must subscribe to the website to place an order. If you are not subscribed, you'll be requested to enter your personal data the first time you add a product to your shopping cart. 
  

Payment

You may pay:

1. Using your VISA or MasterCard credit card.
    
2. Through your PayPal account.
    
3. Sending a bank check to Aertia by post.
    
4. Placing a bank transfer. Aertia will email you all the details once your purchase order is completed.

Shipping and Costs

All international orders are shipped via courier. Aertia can ship products worldwide.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed on the order summary page, before confirming the order. 

Time to Deliver

As indicated, orders are shipped via courier. The estimated time of deliver depends on the products requested, their availability and your location. If product is in stock or electronically delivered, the delivery time is 2-3 days for most European countries. Otherwise, product may take up to ten days.

• With a few exceptions, we can deliver worldwide.
